Annual Leave

PSI offers a generous 28 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.

Occupational Sick Pay

All PSI CRO UK employees receive full occupational sick pay from their first day of employment.

Pension

You will have the option to join PSI’s company pension scheme. PSI contributes 9%, against a minimum contribution of 1.5% from the employee.

Life Insurance Plan

If the unthinkable happens whilst you are in service your beneficiaries will receive a lump sum benefit equal to 4 times your annual salary.
