The PSI Project Management Philosophy is extremely important to us and to our clients. Having on-time enrollment as a defining characteristic allows us to build a global group of PSI Project Managers dedicated to go the extra mile. We share a common trait of being focused and dedicated about each study we undertake with an emphasis on accuracy and predictability. Our investment and diligence in this area is what sets PSI apart, in an industry where hard deliverable dates are all-important.
PSI's Project Management Philosophy begins on Day 1. Our new PSI Project Managers learn meeting study timelines is our primary focus and it’s an integral part of how we run projects. PSI's project management is proactive, determined and innovative. That’s why more than 90% of our studies are completed on time or ahead of schedule, time after time, year after year. For a variety of indications, in Phase I – Phase III programs, across various levels of complexity we achieve this goal. This level of achievement requires a dedicated project management team committed to success.
The PSI project management department has an incredibly low turnover rate, with the average employee staying for 9 years (and counting). Our low turnover allows us to retain the therapeutic expertise and project management history of each of the studies run by PSI. We recognize the importance of our PSI Project Managers and invest heavily in project management, employing more physicians at the project management & operations level than other CROs. The long-term, trusting relationships our PSI Project Managers develop with their sites allow us to consistently deliver projects on-time or ahead of schedule. This reliability in turn wins us repeat and referral business – all due to our PSI Project Management Philosophy.
